Let us know if:

1. The file you received cannot be opened.
2. The file you received does not have requested information.
3. You cannot download file after your payment.

Please contact our help desk by sending email to info@kontragent.com with the following details:

1. Method and identification number of you payment.
2. INN of the company that you have requested information for.
3. Title of the requested document.

We guarantee that if you send us your email in any day including holidays and weekends between 8:00 and 23:00 Moscow time, we will send you reply with the requested information within 30 minutes.

If we fail to resolve the issue we will return money within 24 hours.
